What is a blog really supposed to be??

I love Art, but I could not write about Art everyday, I haven't even once on this blog. It was like looking at a blank piece of paper. Wow, do I have to be clever? Funny? Serious? a writer?
I will come back to this some other time. I am back now and I have it figured out. I can vent here, share what I learn. What I learn about art technique, and what obscure thing I catch on the web. What disgusting thing I hear in the news. Conspiracies have really caught my attention these days, not just any, the true ones. My Government and the lies turned out to be my first blog and I feel good to get it off my chest, so to speak. I want to know what others think about the things that are blatant lies and secrets. I want to know of new art techniques, I want to see what art you have done, share ideas. Maybe most of all to vent, it is a start. I want to learn the art of blog maybe. That sounds plausible to me. You may not care about my opinions but they will be out there,
